Terms of Use for the Vertras Foundation Website
Welcome to the Vertras Foundation website. By accessing and using this site, which includes any PSBA Trust profiles on social media and other digital services, you agree to comply with the following terms, conditions and notices. If you do not agree to these Terms or the linked Privacy Policy, you must immediately terminate use of this website.
1. License Grant
The Vertras Foundation website is owned by the Vertras Foundation. You are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Vertras Foundation site conditioned on your continued acceptance and compliance with these Terms of Use. You may use the Vertras Foundation site for your noncommercial personal use and for no other purpose. PSBA Trust reserves the right to bar, restrict or suspend any user’s access to the sites and/or to terminate this license at any time for any reason. Users of this website are strictly prohibited from exploiting the website’s intellectual property in any way that may harm, defame, or compromise the integrity of the Vertras Foundation.
